1. Who we are
This policy explains how Quick LLC (“Quick,” “we,” “us”), a marketing agency registered in Georgia with its office at Chavchavadze Avenue 19, Tbilisi, handles personal data when you use our website, quickadagency.com, and our client portal, portal.quickadagency.com.
Quick LLC is the data controller for the personal data described here. If you have any questions, write to info@quickadagency.com.
2. What we collect
When you contact us
If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
If you email or call us, we keep your contact details and what you tell us so we can reply.
When you browse the website
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you agree to analytics and advertising cookies (see section 5), we also collect information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay and which device you use.
Client portal
If you are a client with access to our client portal, we process the account details and project information needed to provide the portal to you.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and follow up on it. Contact form messages go into our internal sales system so the right person at Quick can respond.
- To prepare proposals and provide our services if you become a client.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- With your consent, to measure how the website is used and to show you relevant Quick ads on other platforms.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list unless you ask us to.
4. Legal basis
We process your data because you asked us to (replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal), to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interest in running and protecting our website and business, to comply with the law, and, for analytics and advertising cookies, on the basis of your consent.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We only use cookies that are needed for the website to work, unless you agree to more.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand how visitors use the site. Used only if you accept.
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): lets us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show Quick ads to people who visited the site. Used only if you accept.
- Videos: our work videos are hosted on Facebook. A video only loads when you press play, and Facebook may then set its own cookies under its own policy.
- Map: the map on our About page is provided by Google Maps, which may set cookies when the map loads.
You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
6. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores contact form messages and our internal sales system, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- Google provides fonts, maps and, with your consent, analytics.
- Meta provides video hosting and, with your consent, advertising measurement.
Some of these providers are based in, or may process data in, countries outside Georgia, including the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer for international transfers.
We may also share personal data if the law requires it, or with a buyer if Quick’s business is ever sold.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are discussing work with you and for up to three years afterwards, so we have a record of our conversations. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics provider, for no longer than 14 months.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data, where we no longer need it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.
To make a request, email info@quickadagency.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
9. Security
We protect personal data with access controls and encrypted connections, and only the people at Quick who need it can see it. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
