
Luka Khundadze is the Co-Founder of Quick and leads the agency’s creative and marketing strategy. He works at the intersection of creativity, structure, and digital innovation. Building the systems and ideas that help brands communicate clearly and grow effectively.
Since launching Quick in 2019, Luka has shaped the agency’s strategic direction, developed its creative workflows, and led brand and marketing projects across multiple industries, from automotive to e-commerce and services. His approach combines strong creative thinking with clear processes, giving Quick its reputation for fast, consistent, high-quality delivery.
Luka has directed or contributed to several high-impact campaigns, including Quick’s AI-driven Toyota commercial recognized with Silver and Bronze at the Kyiv International Advertising Festival. He has also been involved in early-stage startup development, securing 150,000 GEL in funding for a tech venture in 2023.
Alongside his agency work, Luka is a Chevening Scholar pursuing an MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation in London. He is also an invited lecturer at Caucasus University and BTU, teaching Marketing Theory & Practice and Creative Thinking to undergraduate students.
Driven by curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, Luka focuses on building creative systems, refining communication processes, and delivering work that feels both strategic and impactful. He continues to expand Quick’s capabilities while developing new ways for brands to express their identity and connect with their audiences.
